Strawberry tarts

Hot on the heels of making rosti after our trip to Switzerland, the Cuisine November issue couldn’t have been more timely with its recipe for strawberry tarts. YUM. Was a pretty advanced recipe and required lots of patience but topped off a very successful Saturday night cook-up in Orange Kitchen.
