What time is it in Washington DC? #2

Further to my earlier WAAAAAA when the Telecom world clock got replaced by the Yellow (TM) World Clock … I am again very frustrated with it. Being as useless with numbers as I am, I cannot for the life of me figure out HOW MANY hours the chosen destination is behind New Zealand. It’s all very well knowing what time it is there, but I want to know the difference.

The old world clock told me. I haven’t got enough fingers to work it out. I can’t expect everyone I know to live in the UK or Europe where it’s mostly 12 hours difference!
