I know Halloween isn’t that big in New Zealand but it *is* orange after all – so I made Halloween cupcakes! Couldn’t get orange food colouring for the icing but my mix of red and yellow seems to have worked out ok 🙂

They are so delicious! Andy and I decided to split one for morning tea, and split the other one for afternoon tea. 🙂
You know I really made them for you because you’re American don’t you? 😉 (I just didn’t give you the whole batch because you’d just eat them in one go and make yourself sick!)
And if you’d given him the whole batch then I wouldn’t be too happy! You only have to deal with Jeff at work – you’d have to deal with my sulking at home too!
How can something that tastes so good make anyone sick? I bet I can eat a whole batch no problem 🙂
