Snowy scarf

Just finished a gorgeous soft winter white scarf for a friend who is heading out to start a new life in New York – AM SO JEALOUS!!! The wool is felted lambswool which I’ve never used before – it’s insanely soft.

Hope to see you in the Big Apple one day soon 🙂 Byeeeeeee!

I think you’ll find it’s actually 80% Merino and 20% Kid Mohair 🙂 But whatever it is the colour suits her wonderfully!

And I’m very jealous too – I guess she now becomes our New York Friend.

Noooo! You don’t need to move anywhere to get a scarf – I could just put you on my list of knitting projects if you really want one. You might have to come to the strange wool shop to choose the wool though – maybe possum merino to be extra NZ’y.
