Can’t believe we chose tonight of all nights (given that we had a product release today and were up at 5am and finished work at 6pm) to have a bit of a kitchen experiment. It was a case of oh god, what’s in the fridge and what possessed us to get an aubergine at Moore Wilson’s last week without any intended purpose for it … and so on.

However, after the success of the Involtini Melanzane the last couple of times, based on that we gathered up a few bits an ended up with:

Got home tonight to a very cool sky – I think it’s a big smooth cloud keeping the sky clear for the tiny new moon rather than a nasty big front about to overpower it.

Someone thanked me for my astuteness today … so before feeling completely complimented I thought I better have a little check just to make sure I was indeed being complimented (I was) and found that another similar word to use in its place was the very cool sounding sagacious. Assuming I’m pronouncing it correctly in my head!
