We’re back

24 hours of travel and we’re home. Pretty dopey and still sad to have left New York but in one piece. Going now in search of coffee and peanut butter toast. Got to travel with the LA Galaxy – they’re funny guys. David Beckham was sitting in a different section from us but we walked from the plane to customs practically next to him. And no, I didn’t scream and take photos and bother him, not my style, but the entire airport staff were out from behind their counters and security booths and cleaning closets and there were plenty of screaming girls and cameras waiting for him when we got out into the Arrivals hall.
