Haven’t posted one of our experimental meals in a while – this last night for our Short Dark Friend (doing our bit to keep the unemployed fed). This recipe for ricotta and lemon stuffed chicken was in the September Cuisine magazine – the Mister pretty much did the whole thing himself and it was delicious! Was supposed to be with minted cabbage but knowing her distaste for herbs and garnish we went with a simple salad.

It was very yummmmmmy and my tummy was soooooo full afterwards.
