Thinking of cooking up a vegie chili for dinner tonight. It was freezing yesterday and this morning (like summer freezing which is 17 degrees), not so bad now but the idea’s stuck so we’re going for it. We made it when SF girl (previously known as Dan) was living with us – was really nice but the cornbread didn’t cook all the way through. Might see if Moore Wilsons has little tiny loaf tins and do a couple of small loaves.

Update: Much later, chili was good. And the cornbread in the tiny loaf tin cooked all the way through. Yum.
