Someone at work keeps supplying the team with French macaroons that his wife makes.

They look to me so much like the Luxemburgelis we ate in Basel on our last trip. And I tasted a lemon one today and they taste pretty similar too – that wonderful explosion of flavour. My favourites in Basel were coffee ones … wonder if he’ll bring any of those in … Can’t believe she makes them – they’re so perfect – unlike my baking that The Mister says has “a homemade look about it”. Anyway, these are nothing like the macaroons we were taken to Colmar to sample. So I’m now not sure just what a French macaroon is!

Ross proudly came over to show me his lunchtime soccer shoes – awesome! Amazing the orange things people tell me about and bring to show me – I’ve connected with all sorts of people just because of orange!

The Webby Awards we were lucky enough to attend in New York in June were amazing and so cool for Xero to win 2, but I was definitely disappointed that we didn’t get to bring home actual trophies. But we did get them after all!! They came in the post! Now on our trophy shelf in our Board Room.
