New orange flower

After the years of flowerless nurturing and the subsequent jealousy when the clivia flowered in Awakeri, Mother gave me a new plant, with an orange flower on it already, that is more favourable to living indoors in a scorching apartment in bright sunlight.

So – we’ll see how it (begonia) survives the plane trip home and life in the Wellington sunny indoors!
