Urgent test knitting

I’ve been without knitting since the kittie blankets until an urgent email and pattern came through the other day for test knitters required for a mitten pattern that’s going into the book (due to be published at the end of the year I think). I’ve never made mittens before, and struggled with a couple of abbreviations but in the end they look fantastic! I wonder if my picture will be used in the pattern book?

God, poor Aidan is going to have a very strange woollen wardrobe until he’s old enough to choose not to wear the stuff I keep sending him!
